    The ohm ranges for most all factory Mopar gauges are 10 ohms at high, 73 to 75 ohms at low and around 22 ohms at the middle range. If your pointers are sitting way below the first hash mark when the car is not powered on then your gauges are more then likely burnt and need replacement or repair...

    One of the other problems with those gauge clusters are the grounds. There are a few screws that hold the circuit board onto the back of the gauge cluster and over time the copper gets corroded, you should remove the gauge cluster and clean those grounds.
