I pulled the knob to turn on the headlights, and the knob came off in my hand. The switch still works normally but now I have to grab the triangular ridged shaft. Does the knob just glue onto the shaft? I don't see any other means of attaching it.

My speedometer jumps when I bang on the dash or release the parking brake suddenly. I'd guess your needle is working but the cable is not connected. The temperature gauge problem is probably unrelated.

Funny, I'm looking for the same thing, also for a '74 Swinger. Legendary has one, item AA74CLVS020100, but I'm not sure exactly what comes with it. I'll let you know if I find out.
