    [SOLD] 7 1/4 rear

A lot of the measurements you'll find are from the housing flange to housing flange, and don't include the length that the axles stick out past the flanges. With the brake support plates (backing plates) mounted, it's hard to measure that distance, so instead I'm measuring the distance between...

    [SOLD] 7 1/4 rear

Drum to drum is 57" plus or minus 1/4" as best I can measure it. I've seen 57 1/8" for A-bodies 1972 and earlier,* so I believe mine should fit your '69 Valiant. I do have the right-hand threads on the studs. *This link is for 8 3/4" axles but I think the widths would be the same. Moparts on...

    [SOLD] 7 1/4 rear

$70 or make an offer. Small bolt pattern, 2.76 gears according to tag, open diff. I believe it to be original to the near-daily driving '74 Swinger I just removed it from (80K original miles). I haven't looked inside but it was driving with no issues. Includes axles, 9" backing plates...

Still have this? I'm looking for just the rubber piece on top of the pinion snubber if it's in usable condition, and if you'll sell it separately.

Are these the 10"x2.5" brakes that were standard on the 73-76 A-bodies with front disc brakes?
