    i need a solid lifter for my cam degree kit, out of curiousity i checked ebay! 11$ for lifter and 54$ for shipping, i hope they use vaseline because that would really hurt! gonna check napa today , its only 120km drive to get parts, frick i hate bein stuck in a one horse town

    Ya i used to live on the island cannucky, we would drive from the north end of the island for street racing in victoria in the 70s, parts were nice and cheap there, duncan also

    Speed shop from prince george is my best bet, a few days wait though, they have a shipping discount with dhl

    Shipping and our low dollar make it hardly worth the effort , thank you though. Have a very good relatiionship with bumper to bumper, doesnt help , most of their parts come from edmonton

    Just phoned napa down the street from bumper to bumper, kit for 33$, 23 dollars cheaper than other shop. I can live with that!

    just phoned same shop, fel-pro 2332 which is 8.97 thru summit is not available in canada, just the expensive kit!

    Ya i think that was the whole kit, realized the computer whiz probably quoted me the kit price, gonna phone back this mornin. Felro intake gaskets r 52$ though, i usually get speed shop from prince george to ship them up to me, 40$ includin shipping. Pain in the *** bein out in the sticks

    just got a quote from my local bumper to bumper for timing chain cover gasket for a 318, 56.00 before tax, wtf? anybody know of a less expensive way to get stuff like this in canada?

    thanks guys, unfortunately i live pretty far north of the border, probably a 14 hr drive, and due to certain indiscretions in my youth i cannot cross the border! the gas money,food and hotel fees would outweigh the shipping costs we are forced to pay.

    just ordered jegs exhaust system for 72 duster,listed at 183 US$. 514$ canadian!!!!! i expected maybe somewhere in the low 4's maybe. oh well, along with my violator mufflers i'm still saving about 150$-200$ compared to the muffler shops in my area!

    jims engines in prince george isnt that far from GP, he races mopar himself, knows his stuff and wont rip u off. thats been my experience anyway

    if you are in grande prairie, jims engines in prince george isnt that far away, he has an excellent reputation, wont sell u what u dont need, and he runs a mopar at the track, which is nice instead of some chevy guy trying to help you. anyway, i was treated very well and will definitely be going...
