Griffin radiator and twin fans still running at 190-200?

I am not a pro by any means....But it seems like the majic CFM number to keep a vehicle COOL all the time ... i don t care if you use a combo of elec and mechanical or just electric or mechanical is 3000-3500 cfm ....as long as all other cooling system components are working correctly....so as...

I don't know what all the argument is... i was informed by a reputable radiator owner who only runs a HAYDEN FLEX fan with his 1000 hp engine at track and street driven , with metal radiator with NO issues ... You need to make sure it is orientated correctly in shroud ..

    Clutch Fan

Can you elaborate on DERALE setup ... I am installing a big block in my 69 dart with a 22 almost 23 inch across radiator and 18 inch tall.. My issue also is possible interference on water pump pulley to fan contact .. SO i opted to go with dual fan setup due to more room in center of radiator...

    Clutch Fan

Good info on Hayden clutch guys .. i was sure that it would fit ... SO big block guys have been using a fixed fan ONLY?? If that is the case i will use a SPAL dual fan setup .. i do believe they have one for a 22 almost 23 inch across radiator ...

How wide are the tubes in your stock 2 row raditor????????

Have it recored ... but ask if you can still get a MODINE ... MORE tubes and alot closer .... I did this to 2 of my cars and NO cooling issues !
  22. rrvolare

    need some knowledge

Have the original flowed at a Rad shop .... BUT i would bet that you may have to make modifications to keep it cool.... you CANNOT go wrong with recoring original with a 3 core/K core style modine .... NEVER had problems with this sytle reocore .. hands down! ALSO you can use Original shrould...
