    Cat Piss.

Update: A lot has happened since the initial piss incident. One night I went down to the garage to put a laundry load of loincloths in the wash as usual. When I flicked on the lights there it was. A juvenile mountain lion laying on top of the Barracuda. We locked eyes. An ancient bond formed...

    Cat Piss.

Update: I pulled the interior out, doused the carpet with enzyme pet spray, let set, then used a powerwasher to thoroughly wash. Luckily the the floor mats were the worst hit so I just chucked them. I had extra padding so replaced the spots I thought it might have soaked through. The seats are...

    Cat Piss.

It's definitely a touchy subject. I can't blame a cat for coming in my garage and doing it's natural thing but definitely irritated that some owners let their cats roam. I now live in an older suburb where most are retirees and have their toy dogs and multiple cats. This has its share of...

    Cat Piss.

I wish I knew who the owner was. Didn't see the cat but we have a few indoor/outdoor cats roaming the neighborhood.

With these ammo prices? 900mm of leather belt on the owner is what I'm feeling.

    Cat Piss.

Someone's cat got into the garage and pissed all in my Barracuda. The smell is unbearable. I'm going to pull out the seats, padding, and carpet this weekend and deep clean it. Anyone ever deal with this bullshit? What did you use? (for the cat and the piss)

    Ok......plan "B"

So true. And the houses around here are all going above asking price because of bidding wars. I have been getting cold calls wanting to buy my house in WA for way above what we thought it was worth. I bought a house at a bad time, right before the last crash, and it took years of renting it out...

    Ok......plan "B"

The good news: Interests rates are low. The Bad news: Home prices are sky high. It's a tough call but I can understand wanting some security

Why were you under a bridge? That is cool, any guesses to the backstory?

    New Ultrasonic Cleaner

I'm not an expert but I think they basically have a control board, amplifier, and transducers. What I would imagine could go wrong during the manufacturing of them is when they epoxy or glue the transducers to the tank they move or skew and don't get full contact making the signal weak. That's...

    New Ultrasonic Cleaner

I had a friend get one with the same results. To test them you can submerge a straight sheet of aluminum foil and it should start eating holes in the foil. His changed the appearance of the foil but no holes.

    New Ultrasonic Cleaner

I have a medical grade one I got off of Ebay as "Parts only" but it just needed a knob. I run all kinds of stuff through it. A great tip to keep things organized and clean is to use glass jars and vases. The frequencies go through the glass and it is easier to clean out the jars than the unit...

    Almost time to park it.

Beautiful car! I have the opposite weather. Driving around with no AC in a black car with black vinyl seats is something I like to do in the Winter (not that San Diego has one)

    respecting your elders

Agreed. It is best to just listen and let them have a moment. Have heard the "back in the day I/buddy of mine had one just like this but had a HEMI..." too many times to count now. I just nod and say "cool".

Mopars on Vacation - Summer Jamboree (Pics and video)

Loved it! Reminded me of the time I spent in Ostia Italy. Never saw many Mopars there but do remember a blue duster that was parked down the street from where I was living. That Jamboree looked like a blast! You drove down to Sig from Austria?

    Gripe: "Restoration." Yea right.

I thought "restoration" was that magic place where imaginary cars go to never be driven again. "Cool car. I have a 1956 Hemi Cuda." "1956? That's weird. Where is it?" "Ummmm it's in restoration" "Suurreeeeee"

    Frustrating trip to NAPA yesterday

There have bern several new part stores opening in my area which I found somewhat strange given that newer cars are becoming less DIY friendly over the years. But what I can see from these new stores is that they are more retail stores than "parts" stores. Most of the building is retail space...

    Paint Detailing Products

I use Chemical Guys. I cannot attest to them being better clays than other brands though. What I can attest to is using ONR - "Optimum No Rinse" for lubricant. Worked better for me than the couple of clay specific lubes I have used. And using it for machine washing microfiber towels and...
