Yep similar thing here duster360- I would love anyone above to pull it out and look at the flywheel and clutch base,They would see glazed spots and the flywheel burned beyond surface grinding,McLeod RXT for me,I went thru 3 centerforces in three years including a dual disc. Steve

I used quarters!!!! Go figure--Yep washers same thing!!!! They are tougher springs than you think,I remember when passon sent me mine I thought he was joking with the size of the thing!!!!!!--Steve

I used a cut off Phillips head screwdriver thru the hole in all the shift rods--First go around I used too small of a diameter after that I found one that goes in snug and aligned the rods perfect--just my 2 cents--Steve

Yes they are special bolts to use !!!!! When I ordered my clutch package I ordered new bolts right away--Steve

Just a note--Are you worried at all about the force of the t-bars twisting as the suspension loads and un-loads????? I know you tied in a brace over the top of the trany but there is alot of stress on the back of the t-bars as they load and un-load????? I don't know that's why I'm asking--Steve

Ok Someone explain to me the difference that I would feel if I go with a alum. flywheel instead of a steel??? Car is a 70 Duster with a 5.7 hemi in it and no the motor is not stock, What are the idiosyncrasy of these two flywheels--Steve:happy1:
