    hi folks well currently I just have a toggle switch with a fuse that runs from the fuse box and to the pump of course a ground back at the pump itself. been like this for 10 years just thought I would step up the wiring since I am going from a holley blue to a mallary 140 pump.

    does anyone know the wiring for a 5 wire relay? wire colors are black, red, white, yellow and blue. I currently just use a ground and hot wire/fuse for the pump. seems like I have seen one here but cannot locate it now. terry

    yes I do have the battery in the trunk and my pump is on the inside frame rail by the rear end. I do have a 7 amp fuse in line with the fuel pump hot wire but what is the added reason for the relay?

    74, yes you can use the screws to mount the cap. i did this and felt it was a much better fit then the g.m style spring loaded clamps. if you don't have the correct screws just give msd a call and tell the tech person you need a set. they will get them off to you quickly (915) 857-5200 terry
