In this pic you can see the passengers side rear panel. Notice how it is flared up just a bit at the rear where it meets the top. The Dart panels are straight there. It is hard to tell in your pics but it looks like those may be for a Dart

You are correct. I was just remembering the black part at the top of the seat.

I have the rear seat at work. I will take a look at it tomorrow but I do believe the springs are covered with a black pice of cardboard or something line that. As said there was also a well liner that snapped in place to keep you from seeing in the trunk if looking in the back window

I should have added when I got my car the passengers side door was crunched so I put a hardtop door on it. I then had to transfer over that piece along with the vert door glass. It is possible if you find one without that step was skipped

Yes that is what they are. You can get new ones pretty cheap at yearone

That is not a fluid problem then. If you had a fluid issue it would not go up all the way or struggle and be very slow getting there. It sounds like you have a binding issue

They are convertible specific. They would have to come from a 67-69 Barracuda or Dart.

My dutchman panel is fine. Only a bit of surface rust under the boot trim.
