    There is a wisdom here that's hard to argue with. Surface , guides , seals , valve job and springs put you 1/2 way to a better head for sure. If I had to port them , it would be a home job because spending for it makes no sense unless you are playing in an iron head class and have to use them.

The bottom is for an entirely different animal.....roller rockers for AMC / GM etc. You will need AMC lifters and oil through pushrods ........
