    In the MSD instruction manual there's a chart that tells you what plug gaps to use based on your comp. ratio. I have stock pistons with MSD box, coil, and dist. and my 360 seems to like .45 just my two cents

    If you have the dist. box still there's some info on the back about the springs. Otherwise you could probably find in on the net or maybe just try em all and see what you like.

    It's not a bad setup, they just didn't use there heads on holding the cap down. I fixed it yesterday by cutting the spring loaded "dog leg" and removing it, I got two 8-32 thread screws and moved the cap to the nearest threaded holes.
