What was installed prior to wheel well sound Deadener? 71-2 Demon

I am getting close to having the front and rear wheel wells sprayed with the sound deadener/undercoating and wanted to be sure what was all installed on the car prior to this process as I want to have anything that might get overspray/splatter on the car. So I am looking for some original...

1968 Dart sudden rear end noise.

Sounds like you've been the route. Lol. Oh yeah,I've had similar things happen like walking for a week decades ago because a u-joint went bad on a 59 custom royal only to have a girlfriend ask. "Why would you buy a car they don't make parts for" when nobody had the u joint and it took a week to...

    Speedmaster Flow Limits

That top cut that’s killing low lift flow is making more power than it’s losing. That’s a place where the bench is lying to you. Most guys would spend too much time trying to get those back. Under .200 lift it really doesn’t matter. You can’t wreck the seat or port to kill low lift flow, but...

[FOR SALE] Small block as cast intake

I have this unfinished intake I would like to sell, I guess you can make it fit 59* or 48* or a small block Chevy for that matter lol obviously the intake bolts have to be machined. And intake ports are like 273-318 size. I’m asking 250.00 shipped.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

That's why I like trucks from the 90s. doesn't really matter to me if it's ford or dodge but I have never been a fan of GM trucks. The dashes always seem cheap and there's just something about GM that I don't like. 90s ford truck always seem reliable, I have never had one leave me stranded...

    Speedmaster Flow Limits

I agree, and I’ll never be able to make that distinction on the flow bench. Plenty of people with success with both the 45 and 50 degree seats. I have learned that a top cut angle of 5-10 degrees less than the seat angle helps flow in the mid to high lift zones while marginally hurting low...

I am surprised peak torque is that high. Are you talking N/A? Heck my W5 deal with a pretty stout roller(273@50) only made peak torque about 5400 or a hair more. 422 inches.

    72 Dart Swinger 3.6L Pentastar +T5

That would be fantastic and I have in mind a 2800lb early A-body! I’m after - strong power (300hp is plenty!), good mpg (30 would be awesome) and possibly most important, losing weight up front for better handling. But I like simple too and modern complexities can be such a drag plus I really...

    Another NPK question

I just decided to get my tickets for the Cordova NPK race, a little over $30.00 fees attached to the ticket price? Is this normal? That's almost 1/2 the ticket price, and they don't even have a car.

    Speedmaster Flow Limits

I will eventually get there with the throat size. Starting small and working my way larger. This is the 5th or 6th valve job so far on this port, but also the best as far is the flow bench is concerned. The tight throat controls the flow separation longer. I realize that is not the ultimate...

    Speedmaster Flow Limits

Then there is the case where you get to a point where you hurt the low end lift pretty good and pick up on the high lifts pretty good. This, to me turns the head into a drag head where the valves are just simply shot open as fast as possible and then just hang out there for a spell before...

340 exhaust heat shield needed for Van's to repop.

I'm looking forward to the day when they maybe affordable. Ralley dash bezel is $500. I'm sure that the equipment to make it wasn't cheap either. I wonder just how many mopars were either junked or used as parts cars because parts were not available.

My Avalanche is blowing through the paint everywhere. Front fenders are terrible. Like 22 or 24 gauge sheet metal. Studebaker is almost rust free..now. Fargo is good.
