    Warning about counterfeit parts

Guess what, Speedmaster? I'm the smallest of customers you had, (emphasis on HAD). But there's no way I'd buy another Speedmaster product.

speedmaster stuff pulled from Summit racing shelves

oh that's 100% when the lawyers throw the net they're gonna cast as wide and as far as possible. i'm guessing this is summit taking counter measures to limit their liability. i mean, also good on them for proactively dropping everything. that sends a strong message and is good for the...

speedmaster stuff pulled from Summit racing shelves

I feel bad for the honest guy trying to make a living selling a great product that works and gets ripped off by a copy that doesn't work. Now his Co. gets the bad rap. Glad to see Summit do the right thing.

What ever it cost is what it costs. If I want or need the parts I'll just have to pay it.

speedmaster stuff pulled from Summit racing shelves

Kudos to Broader for bringing this to light. I've purchased a few things from Speedmaster before, but never again. There is no way they can "explain" how this accidentally happened. Good on Summit to dump the entire line.

Dart Sport or Dart swinger? You should, that would be cool. I don't know if interior parts have improved in quality since 2007, that's when I had quality issues with Dart

Maybe I’ll throw a curveball and throw on my 28” tall drag radials. If they hookup, the added gear will definitely wake up the launch. lol

You said "a gauge." You did not say, a dial-bore gauge. So then, respectfully, I suggest you take it to a machine shop for a second opinion.

1968 Dart sudden rear end noise.

Oh no,I know. I didn't take it that way I was meaning it in a joking way too,I know there are really folks that stupid out there.lol. In fact the emergency brake doesn't even work on the car. I pulled the handle last week for the first time to test it and nothing happened other than the light...

Go to a dealer and ask for new parts, see what they cost. It is not 1977. All parts cost. And funny thing my 1973 Dart won best interior few shows. Everything fits as should. I should do a thread about it.

I agree 100%. In fact, that's probably why so many converter companies give you a free re-stall.... lol I think we all agree that every car is different, even when they have pretty much the same parts. They can only make an educated guess as to what you need. At least now, they know what...

I just ordered a belt for my PS and it is coming from Texas, so almost a week away. Ordered on 4/13 and due 4/18 or the 19th. Their not sure when it'll get here. I might not have ordered it if I knew it was a week away coming from TX. The other bad part was no local parts store had it.

3.931, less 3.910 =.021, which is a chitload of wear on a "std" bore. Was this measured with a dial-bore gauge? If yes, then, more likely is that the engine is already overbored. But if no, not by dial-bore gauge, then, no comment. so to answer your question, as to .020; it would kindof...

best hi flow ex manifold/drivers side

Big bucks if you can find one. A cheaper alternative would be the '92-93 Magnum manifold that has a larger outlet diameter than the later ones, casting numbers 617/618. Even the standard Magnum manifolds don't give much up to the larger bore ones or the 340 manifolds. They all will take some...
