Hello folks, I'm trying to adjust rear band as per instructions, 72 inch pound than back 3.5 turns. But looks like its over tightened and looking the rear drum. Have vou seen this ? Double wrap band. I have to turn it much looser to be able to turn rua drum by hand again. My best regards,
