A back brace to an 8 3/4, should I be overly concerned with warping the housing? I plan on tacking it in place, then moving around with 1 1/2 - 2" beads. Should I weld it solid or just in stratigic locations? Open to any experienced opinions. Thanks all.

Its time to purchase a tranny or have one built. My father-inlaw can get me a 25% discount on TCI trans and converter. I have heard a few negative things from the Mopar community. So what is your experience or opinion on TCI products/customer service?
