Guys, A buddy is looking at buying this car but we are having trouble determining what year it is. He will be going back to look at the fender tag but untill then here is a few shots, keep in mind it is a Canadian model as far as I know. Thanks

Any fender tag gurus out there? Love to have this decoded. Also a shot of the re done dash, tough job installing this thing, notice the hard part is not done yet, the dreaded heater controls. :(
