Ok, these came off the '72 scamp I sold to a buddy of mine. Factory V8 a/c car from California. One obviously is the Speedo cable, but what is on the end of it with the wire coming off ? And the other part is mounted on the pass firewall. Know clue what that is for!

Picked up a Super Shifter 3 from another member here. Got it in the mail yesterday, installed this morning. I used my factory handle, and modified the boot to fit factory trim ring. Damn that factory shifter box was sloppy ! This one is much more positive and tight !

Bought this '72 scamp a few weeks ago. What was supposed to be a fairly quick touch up and enjoy project had now turned into a full blown teardown and rebuild ! For the first week i was all into it and tearing it apart, now i don't even wanna look at it !!
