So I went to see a Mopar buddy about some Jheads for cheap. Then when I got there, things got more complicated. Bought the heads for $200 with Crane roller rockers and ended up buying the car for $250, minus the drivetrain.

So my brothers '65 Coronet has something I'm not sure of on the fender tag. In the upper right corner of the tag there is "28,155" stamped in it. What does this mean?! This rest of the tag is straight forward and I easily decoded the rest. Just not sure of the numbers in the top right.

I found the broadcast sheet out of my '77 D100. I'm trying to figure out the rear axle ratio. The number on the sheet is "4030609". Anybody know what that gives me?!
