Putting back the 273 in my '65 Dart. Can't even remember what it looked like from the factory. I will be replacing the headers with '68 340 hipo exhaust. Do I need the 90* oil filter housing to use the full size Wix 51515 race filter?
I just picked up a factory 318(1988) with hydraulic roller lifters. I need to change to hydraulic flat tappet lifter. Can't find anything in manuals that suggest difference in the block or oiling passages. Any hepl? Thanks
Has there even been a factory roller rocker for the 318 non Magnum block? Building a Pure Stock/IHRA motor ('80 318 4BBL) and it allows any OEM adjustable rocker. Trying to avoid using the 273 style rocker if I can. Thanks
I have a new factory set of Mopar Performance heads w/ 2.02 intakes. They were factory bowl ported. I know that these castings were thin. Is there a factory porting template or tech sheet to guide me in the porting of these heads?

LA 360 block w/ Magnum heads drilled to fit the LA block. When I tried to install M1 intake it has to sit higher to bolt up to the heads not to mention that I'll need at least 2 intake gaskets per head to create a seal between the intake and head. There is also a substantial gap at the front...
I'm looking for a reputable shop to put together a 360 stroker. I've built a number of 12 sec sb's but this time I'm going after 500-600hp on gas only. Most of the shops near me do that gm blue oval thing. I'm outside the Philly area. 25-50 mille radius would be OK.
