    Drain coolant when replacing rear main seal?

    I'm going to replace the rear main seal and I wanted to know if its necessary to drain the coolant? Also, while I'm in there...should I replace anything like the oil pump or the screen? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks! Rob
