I'm to the point of running the wiring and have a question. 2 wires come off the Distributor. I have a color coded wiring diagram but it doesn't show the red wire. I'm sure one wire goes to the coil but where does the other go. This system is stock.

I need to know what size socket I need to turn the crank on a 273 commando engine. I found I have a broken push rod and want to turn the engine by hand when I put the new rods in place to make sure nothing else is wrong. someone said it is a 1 1/4 in socket. Does that sound correct?
