Quick question, I have a 73 Duster non AC car and took the heater box out about a year ago. For some reason I have no idea where this metal rod goes to. It is on the passenger side where the vent door opens for fresh air. Thanks

Guys, I am building an engine start up stand. Right now it is just a 2x2" steel frame on casters. The engines will need to be started and tuned on this stand. I am thinking about running electric fans on this instead of a factory mechanical fan for safety reasons. Summit sells alot of options...
