Anyone have a picture of a '73 (and up?) factory installed radiator overflow bottle on the core support - specific location? The bottle itself might look something like the one below.

I've got a 1969 22" BB rad and repro shroud number 2785614 (which is supposed to work with '68-'69 BB rads). With the shroud in place I have a 1/4" gap or so at the top and bottom between the shroud and tanks. The shroud appears moulded to fit the contours of the upper and lower tanks but...

I just finished rebuilding my heater box. The defrost hoses were not original and did not fit. Here's what I don't understand. The heater box outlets are two different sizes: 2" and 2 1/4". The dash vents are 2 1/2". What am I missing here?
