Anyone using it? Seems like a good idea having an independant cd ign in charge of a second spark throughout the entire rpm range. But as we all know,reality can be far different than an idea. Looking for real world opinion/experience.

My stewart warner tach has recently begun to behave erratically. The needle bounces around when the motor is revved and fluctuates wildy. It seems to hold steady at idle though. What gives?
