where can I find Kelsey Hayes caliper mounting bolts? I need four............. any idea's?

I have a 1970 Plymouth Duster with later modle disc brakes but I can not ID the calibers.... any help? Numbers on the raised pad in the first pic are 5031A and they are stamped. Number in the second pic are.... top line 777 second line next to mothers stamp is 95020A third line 137 the rotors...

I just bought a 1970 Duster that was changed over to a 360, front disk brakes, and a 8 1/4 rear..... front and rear are big bolt pattern. Now how do I ID what brakes are on the car? The numbers on the calipers are.... 950204 or 95020A. There is also a 3 digit number... 771 Any thoughts?
