Where do I find the correct hose for the K-H disc brakes? Most suppliers' catalogs either don't list one or lump it together with drum brakes as "all", which I know isn't right. A lot of the online catalogs don't show a picture or use a generic picture, which also doesn't inspire confidence...

Anyone have any recommendations for high performance brake pads for the original K-H brakes? I am running Raybestos "Professional Grade" Organics (PGD11), which are fine for driving around, with good bite, but faded badly in the mountains on the California Melee last year. I swore I would get...
