Talked with the boys at Aeromotive and yanked my 20x24 RCI cell out of my car and replaced it with their 18665 cell with same dimensions-20 gallon, just did not have mounting tabs welded on the bottom so I fabbed some straps.
I used their 40 micron filter and their X-1 series return regulator...
Tried the HP 150
As per summits tech guy despite My reservations.
He insisted not To run a return as it has a bypass built in so I set my non bypass reg to 6 psi and it worked great for a while until it died on me this weekend while pulling out of the driveway for a shakedown run after tweaking...
My hp 125 died over a year ago then I installed my back up Jegs pump until it started cavitation recently so I decided to install the HP 150 and dialed my regulator in for 6.5 PSI.
I immediately noticed it hits much harder than the very quiet HP 125 but so far my throttle response is killer...
Pretty good I for here for a simple electric fuel pump set up using a relay, proper wiring gauge and an oil pressure switch.
Nothing elaborate here but decent rule thumb stuff.
I did mine slightly differently by using a resettable inertia switch inline on the power side in case of a collision...

I am running one of these and was wondering how often the paper cartridge should be changed out.
I know they are easy as hell to change especially if you install a fuel shut off valve right before them in line but just wondering if this...
I think I need to run a return to my cell.
I run a gerotor type Holley HP pump that is normally quiet but seems to be getting louder probably from cavitation under low load conditions because the fuel has nowhere to go.
Running a Holley 870 street avenger.
What is the best way to run a return...
I got the 2' Lokar cable which was a bit too long so I had to cut the braided housing and cable.
I taped the housing and cut it nice and clean with a whizz wheel, no frays whatsoever.
In the last pic you can se that I buzzed the opening at the gas pedal a bit bigger to make room for the...
Was playing around today and decided to see what i could come up with to make my scoop functional.
I know it's not the prettiest apparatus but I think it will work pretty good.
Cut out some aluminum sheeting, not fun, an riveted the air cleaner base to it, and later sealed up the seam...
Looking for a new air filter to replace my run of the mill edelbrock set up.
I have seen some of the K+N type in orange and they look kinda cool, but never ran them and don't know how they hold up, collect dirt and work in heavy rain through the hemi scoop.
My white paper filter works...
I have a spare electric jegs pump that my buddy wants for his land yaght 69 New yorker.
He wants to install it to prime his mechanical pump because it takes forever to bring the fuel 150 feet from the tank to the pump when the car sits for a while.
Can he use this pump just to...

Is anyone using one of these?
I was wondering if it just screws in the top of your fuel cell or do you have to mount it up high or what?
I am yanking the foam out of my fuel cell because it's deteriorating and trashing my fuel system and am...
I have a vane style electric fuel pump which works fine, but man is it noisy as all get out, and it surges from more to less quiet, sometimes sounds like it it straining and drives me insane.
Luckily my exhaust is loud as hell, but soon to be more subdued with a real exhaust system so I was...
I decided to do some experimentation with the 11.0-1 360 that I have been running 100-110 octane in it since I bought it.
I started out today with an almost empty tank and filled it with the 93 octane pump gas and a bottle of lucas octane boost.
I did not mess with the timing at all.
It...
Is there a recommended sealer to seal threads in leaky AN fittings?
I've tried just snug...had leaks,
Tried Pretty tight...still leaks
Tried tights as hell..still have leaks.
In some spots I have AN fittings going onto a chrome type fitting such as my fuel pressure regulator and have a...
I'm running 100 octane in my 11.0-1 small block.
This crap is not cheap by any means so I wanted to know if I can use some fuel stabilizer since I will not be driving it as much as I want to.
At this point I have some bugs to work out and some parts to get so I will have some down time...
I've got the cell, but I am looking at different options so I wanted to know if anyone sells complete systems from the cell to carb with AN fittings, braided line, and all the other components like pump, filter, regulator, all that stuff.
Thanks.
