    Hi, i got a carb from a friend I can't identify. It has Blake and 4406 written on top of the main body. Thought it is a HP from Holley and modifyed by Blake Carburation. But not sure and they don't respond at all. I need the carb size ( flow rating ).Can you guys help me identifying? Need also...

    pressure to drop on Carter electr. fuel pump

    I got a carter fuel pump (Carter #180-P4601HP) from a friend which provides 15 PSI. But I need only max 7 PSI for my Holley 750 carb. Is it possible to drop the pressure with a regulator to the half w/o damaging the pump and is a return line necessary?
