    Surface rust on cylinder heads

    I have my eye on a set of heads for sale locally, however they're covered in surface rust. What's the best way to get rid of surface rust? Machine shop hot tank? Wire brush? Thanks for any input. - Greg

    Proform small block electronic distributor

    Anyone using a Proform electronic distributor? They have a good rep for carb bodies but I never knew they sold distributors. They're economically priced so I wonder where they're made. Regardless, it's probably better performing than a 40-year old single point. See part description here...

    Anyone know what goes into a SS/GT car (Lebaron/Daytona/Sebring etc.) 3184 engine? These cars run pretty well. Yes, they're tube chassis but still use a 318. Just trying to find out what makes these things tick and what goes into them. Thanks.
