My 71 Scamp has 3 different keys. 1 for ignition, 1 for door locks, 1 for trunk lock. Is it possible to re-pin one of the locks to match the other so I only have 2 keys?

I need to swap mine for a better set. It looks like I can remove the splash shield and get to everything that way, but Im not 100% sure so thought I would ask. Has anyone ever replaced a hood hinge with out removing the entire fender?
