Well, after 7 years and more money then I care to count, I sold my 65 Valiant. Guy showed up with a trailer and cash so away she went. All focus will now be on my 71 Dart Swinger and more garage space. Ill miss her for sure.

Anybody modified a later A (67-69) trunk pan and extensions to fit a 65. Just curious if the AMD pieces will fit with some mods (trimming).

I just bought a new starter for my 65 dart and I was thinking about changing the positive battery cable assy as well. I was always puzzled that the car has no proper starter solenoid/relay, is this proper for a 65 dart or has this been cobbled?

I am thinking of pulling the Eddy 600 off my commando 273 and using it for my 318 71 swinger . I would like to put a bigger Holley on the 273 but don't want to over carb the motor. Ever seen this? The new colomn I got seems to be 90 degrees out when I put the wheel back on here is why. Strange. Here is the way the keys line up old colomn compared to the new. (90 degree difference) am I missing something?

Does anyone have an exploded diagram of a colomn shifted steering colomn? I want to pull the guts out of my existing 65 colomn and use some of the pieces from a floor shift colomn I have to make the existing one look correct.

I'm pulling the old starter which is cooked out of the 65 Dart. Top bolt is a bugger but not as much of a problem as wiggling out with the torsion bar, center link and steering arm in the way, does not look like enough room. Any suggestions here? Car has stock manifolds.
