    RB main cap torque sequence, ???

    Some reason it's not in the manual I have. have ARP studs. I'm sure it is the same pattern, just different torques, and i have that. can't find it on the web at all ! Thanks, C300

    #1 Main Bearing oil hole offset, open up ?

    slightly chamfered. should I just stick the 1/4" reamer through it, or leave it. the edge of the bearing hole just comes up even looking strait down. oil passage is at approx. 45 degree angle. Thanks, C300

    Billet rear main cap... Double O-ring? Preference?

    What is the Standard non-leaker. I'm a fan of O-rings, Is the Mancini Billet with them the way to go ? Also thinking of using the Viton Rear Seal too. is it worth it ? good combo ? Just not wanting a leaker after sitting all winter. Building this so It stay's together. Done and on to other...

    Engine builder's, cam bearing surface ???

    I think the Machinist/engine guy said he honed them after they were installed. just noticed that they were rougher than I'm used to. this one isn't too bad. i can catch a finger nail in the grooves left behind. #3 is really rough ! Is this usable ? I haven't seen them with groves this deep...

    Stained Main Bearings, New. Good ? Bad ?

    The Bearings were used by the machinist. The Light Blue Lube that is still on the crank is what I'm assuming stained the bearings. Parts sat over the winter in heated garage. Bearings are about the least expensive part in the build and don't want to use them if there is ANY question about there...

    Has anyone used Summit Racing SUM-G9141 headers ? says they fit 67-69 barracuda (a-body) with 383 'b' motor. 1 3/4" primary, 3" collector at $324.95. Too good to be true ? Also, do Hooker Headers 5320HKR fit without cutting. Heard Shumackers are restrictive ? for over 500hp. how restrictive are...
