I have a 318 with a/c but I want to run the car for a while without the a/c . Does anyone have photo's of what I'm looking for or advise? Can I run the A/c compressor belts with out the hoses on the compressor? Will I have to cap the compressor off?

So I just bought a 8 1/4 rear end for my 69 dart, I have a 904 automatic trans and was looking for a drive shaft to work with the new rear end. I have two drive shafts that will work with a 7 1/4 but I think they are going to be to long by about 1.6 " . Any thought or options ? Thanks
