Can anyone pin this down to year and model. 14" Is this a duster cap?

I just got these today, haven't cleaned them up yet. Rears are 15" x 11" Fronts are 15" x 6" Both pair are 4 1/2" bolt pattern Also got 4 N.O.S. Fenton caps I wanted to get some opinions on what tires you guys would run with these wheels? I don't have a preference yet radial or bias plys...

I have been wanting to change to a more vintage looking tire on the front of my 68 fastback. I have mickey Thompson sportsmans up there now but want to switch to a square corner Bias ply look from back in the day. I see Firestone drag 500s in a lot of old photos of the super stock barracudas...
