    Question: Is it common practice to have a drive shaft re-balanced after replacing a slip yoke? I see a lot of chatter about this as it pertains to "slip joints" but haven't really read much (valuable) in regards to slip yokes.

    Bellhousing issue

    i got a bell housing at a swap meet. it neds to fit a 78 318 that is bolting up a 4 speed. the bolt pattern on this housing does not match the trany nor the engine. i am wodnering if i got a a housing for a magnum engine. so do magnum engines have different housings? :-|
