I have these convertible sun visors and I want to change the base plate to better condition ones, then order new black ones. But I can not get the spring loaded tab off. Are they pressed on? Pictures below. Thanks Darryl

Can I replace the seals in them if so how do you do this? They are leaking. Or do I need to buy new? 67 barracuda. Thank you Darryl
