Ok guys noob question I'm looking at the torsion bolt under the lower arm...is this the correct position of the bolt, because it looks as if I have nowhere to turn...and by turning it clockwise I will lift the car and counter clockwise i'm lowering it correct?

Seems as if the upper ball joint is not going in the spindle like it should. There is a huge gap in between the two. Is there some type of tool that could maybe push the ball joint in more?

I have rusty rear frame rails that need to be replaced on a 72 dart... found nice frame rails from a 66 dart, will it work?
