I am looking at the TCI 142203 converter, i assume this is for a 383/440 as the other part number 142200 has a note for hemi bolt pattern. Also it says it has C balance weights on the converter. Can i run the stock flex plate with this converter, i also assume that my 440 crank is internal balance.
