i am building a 68 dart 340 400hp to drive daily and maybe drive to local dragstrip rarely..i need a trans that shifts good and will hold up...i have seen some from mancini racing...i dont have a trans at all was looking at the 727 and possibly small stall ...any suggestions on what and where...

new rebuilt 340 block with j heads and new adjustable rockers new hydrolic lifters and purple cam...drivers side lifters will not pump up and all passage plugs are in place..any ideas??
