1964 WAS THE FIRST YEAR for the new 273 V8 engine, first year for the A833 4 speed.this car is stock with Heavy Duty 160 pound per inch spring rates .
1964 Valiant Signet 200.It is a 2 bbl carburetor and is rebuilt .040 over , and the rods .010. The car originally came with 13 inch tires and Standard with 9 inch drum brakes and manual steering..The front wheel Bearings, idler arm and even Ball-Joints were weak points ,designed for a 6 cylinder..and would wear out fast with the bigger 14 by 7...
