1971 dodge dart swinger i went and looked at today, guy is asking 3500 dollars, need opinions on it. I dont believe it is worth that, and need to know what others think, start with what i know is bad.

the second picture is what is the Wiring harness? im not sure on it need to know, does power from the battery go through the wiring harness the the starting system?
