Only if your 360 has been internaly balanced. If not You will need a 360 specific flywheel with a balance weight on it. Even cast crank 340 and 360 had different flywheels weights.

And I should have also mentioned that yes this flywheel could be used on a 360 but you must get the 360 specific weight and have a machine shop drill the flywheel in a very specific location so the weight can be bolted to flywheel. Sorry for any confusion.
