The spud diameter , the tang width and thickness , and the OD of the cap .

I thought you might have a cap to measure , if you don't that makes it more difficult . If you don't then yes, the ID of the filler tube , the width and height of where the lock tang goes and also how far the tang goes into the filler tube before it starts to ramp in to make the cap tighten . Ill let everyone know i bought one off ebay anout a year ago and i couldnt be happier with it. The oring is a little tight but after about the 3rd or 4th fillup all was well. Fantastic gas cap nobody will be dissapointed.
