Window crank ?

Maybe I'm calling it by the wrong name , it is the unit inside the door that moves the glass up and down .
 
It's called a window regulator. I have one for $35.00 plus the UPS ride. I'm assuming you've already checked to see that the window crank isn't stripped of it's splines. That's a fairly common problem also and has the same sort of symtom. PM me with your shipping info and I'll get you a delivered price.

Cudamark , I will check when I get home tonight on the handle but I'm pretty sure it is the regulator . Your price is cool with me . I will PM you later tonight after I verify it is the regulator .
