I know we have a huge sticky but that says its for 67-72 cars mine is a 64.

What all parts do I need from my donor vehicle which is a 73 dart sport.
What should I buy new while doing this swap? I already plan on new lines/hoses and master cylinder and more than likely calipers.

As always thanks guys!

New inner, outer wheel bearings/races and wheel seals
Plus new caliper hardware where applicable.

i rebuilt my front end and also did a disc brake swap on my 65 valiant, using parts from a donor 1976 duster.

it kinda depends on your build but i guess i figured since i was taking everything apart i'd redo all the bushings and put in new tie rods and all that jazz as well. i didn't get any lines from my donor car so i fabbed up new lines and put in an aftermarket adjustable proportioning valve as well.

also two other things i'd recommend:

Performance Handling for Classic Mopars by Tom Condran

and,

The Service Manual from your donor car. You just need the sections that explain how the disc brakes and calipers go on. I also like:

i should note that the condran book was indispensable. not only is it a good how-to, he lists aftermarket parts and part numbers. combine your parts list with amazon and you can get some good, american made stuff.

Having done two 1973-76 A body disc brake swaps onto 1966 down cars; it's 99% plug 'n' play using the upper control arms/lower ball joints from the donor vehicle along with a matching 5 on 4.5" rear end. The only modifications I had to make were installing different brake tubing nuts to match up to the dual disc brake master cylinder, using the original parking brake cables to the later donor rear end e brake levers and of course having the driveshaft shortened 1.5" due to the longer pinion on the 8 1/4" diff. :)
