Hi guys, I have a 64 Dart manual that I printed out from a disc that I bought a couple years ago. My question to everybody is why is there no mention what-so-ever of the 273 engine in this manual? And the really funny part is there is stuff about the 318. Is there another late year manual out there that has the 273 listed or should I just get a 1965 manual?

And as soon as I figure out how to get the disc loaded onto my MacBook that has no cd drive, I will share said manual with everyone here.

If there’s no mention of the 273, most likely it was printed before the mid year release of the 273. The reference to a 318 is referring to the Poly 318 available in B Bodies and possibly other models as well. Usually the FSM cover more than 1 car line. For example my 65 FSM covers the Dart and Coronet. My 69 manual covers A and B Bodies.

The 273 was a late option, Chrysler did print a supplement to the regular FSM that covered the 273.
