This is an old stock carb in the box does not to apear to have used on the top it is stamped rebuilt by independent rebuilder box is original a small piece is missing very nice piece writen on box 64 Dodge Dart carb has been on the shelf of a collector for many years sorry for any confusion asking 125.00 shipped

"Stamped rebuilt by an independent rebuilder" means "rebuilt", not new, or NOS. Just clearin that up.
