Had a busy day but got some time in the garage.
I got the bearings greased up and disc's on. Calipers not yet but I was able to bolt the wheels on. I had preplanned and had the spacers, I have 1/2" spacer for the fitment I was looking for.
These are pictures of the wheels on and suspension as low as it could go. I love how it looks now but I will be raising it up just a few inches for the street. :D

So all of my travailing for now is done, and I was able to spend some good time in my garage this weekend making some progress on the car.
No issues to speak of other than I had to notch my trans mount bracket to allow for the OD speed censor. Other wise it all just fell together as expected...

I do have a question for anybody who may know. My current belt setup should I be worried out my belt on the drivers side of the block? Should i leave it or run an added idler pulley?

It does seem like a lot of deflection. Running it will be the answer.

Belt short enough? That side will be under load when running, so as long as belt has tension from tensioner, I'd think you would be ok

Looks like you have a lot of wrap, which is good. But supercharger belts love to slip. That is a long run and will probably cause slipping. I would find a way to run more tension or add an idler. Love your build.

Got my front end sorted out, and some parts in. Thanks to another memeber here I was able to get some A-pillars for the build (I been collecting all the interior parts)
Also got new 67 disc brake lines and PST tie rods,
Moog ball joints and put my steering together.
Had to shim the motor mounts and bit dinged my oil pan a tad on the drivers side.
Next I'll paint the calipers, and install the front brakes, plum the lines and sort out my oil lines to the remote filters and coolers.

Very nice build. About the belt.......look how it routes the water pump. See how much pulley engagement it has? Over half way around. IMO, you should try to shoot for that around the blower pulley, too. I don't think the long run will hurt, but the more pulley engagement you can get there, the less chance it has for slippage. It may surprise you with slippage........I wouldn't think so.....but a belt driven supercharger takes a bit to drive. If you can add or move an idler for more pulley engagement, I'd try it.

Had to shim my engine mount and ding the header over the steering box so looks like I'm not the only one making things fit. Looking good a sweet ride it will be...

Not much of a update, haven't been in the garage much. I did get to spend time last night and installed my calipers. Hoping I get time and motivation enough to install all the brake lines this weekend.
I was able to get the needed heater box parts for install, just need to build the J hook and I should be able to install that. Also ordered the tail light harness for the car. Got so much going on and figured I would be better off completely rewiring the car. So now I have all 3 body harnesses, EFI harness. Going to need to build a fuel pump harness, battery relocation wiring (to the trunk). My plan is to install the two body harnesses firewall forward and dash back harness. then splice in the efi harness to the firewall forward harness. Then install the dash harness to dash (out of the car) splice in the Dakota digital gauge pod and EPAS unit.

Side Note: I've been buying up all the interior pieces I can find and I'm found that I need the rear lower Driver side window molding if you got one or a set you would like to sell let me know I'm in need.

I'll be running a stock ECU and Harness from a 98 Ram 5.9. The Harness was modified by MagnumMopar, and the ECU is tuned by a guy named Flyin Ryan Performance
the Throttle body is 90mm GM unit with GM TPS, Neon SRT4 -2bar Map sensor, 60lbs (short) high impedance injectors, walbro 255lph in-tank fuel pump, and a corvette fuel fliter/regulator....

The SRT4 Map sensor will go in place of the stock Ram map sensor. Although it won't be on be located on the Throttle body like the ram it will be mounted to the manifold reading the vac/boost from beneath the SC.
This guy Ryan is a freaking wizard with tuning these damn mopar efi's. If this is the route you plan to take I suggest joining his face book group and reading his web page and get a hold of him tell him your intentions and he'll Help you with pretty much everything.

One of my resent posts I mentioned I was gearing up to start the wiring of the barracuda and waiting for the final harness from yearone, and it got me thinking about one thing I had over looked. The sound system so I picked up this sweet early 60's Mono Am radio from 75slant6 Thank you sir!
Last weekend I dropped the Barracuda's mono Am radio off at Hector's Car audio tech
for the royal treatment. It's getting fully built with Aurora Design internals. Am/FM upgrade with 4 Speaker jack, Bluetooth, 180amp output all in the 1960's package.

 You're getting closer every day! I thought Magnum Mopar went out of business? Did he do your harness before that? I've heard others say good things about Flyin Ryans tunes.

Yes I had them do it before. It was one of the first thing I bought after picking up the motor.

Got to spend all day in the garage today. Spent a lot of time pulling the car an all the projects out of the garage to clean it out.
Then I took the time to completely strip and clean the inside of the barracuda, vac the whole car. pulled everything out tagged and bagged all the old harnesses, removed all the old carpet it was nice being able to get a lot of the car sorted out.
While doing that ups Dropped off my Master cylinder relocation block which allows my to mount my brake booster about 3/4" to the left. Giving me the space I wanted between my valve cover and booster. Once I can get that sorted I'll be able to get my brake lines installed..!
I also took the time to pull out the EFI fuel tank kit I've been sitting on for a few minutes. Man this thing is cool, it didn't take to long to get setup. Had a fun day today..

The tank is nice. Are you going to use the side to side strap like the car came with, or switch to front to back straps to hold the tank in? On my 65 Barracuda, I'm going to switch to the later type straps to gain some room for dual tail pipes. There won't be much to making the mounts.
