1966 Formula S Barracuda with 48,000 original miles. Completely rust free Southern California car that runs well with original Commando 273 and auto transmission. Even has original 1966 window sticker!

Engine:

Original 273 Commando with factory domed pistons and solid lifter cam. Carburetor has been replaced with Edelbrock 1406, and the distributor replaced with aftermarket electronic, but I still have the original units. Starts easily and runs strong with 30psi oil pressure at idle. Factory A/C has been removed, but all A/C parts have been saved.

Front suspension completely rebuilt with all new parts.

Factory disk brakes completely rebuilt, and braking system has been upgraded to 1967 Barracuda with dual chamber master cylinder for better safety.

New gas tank.

Body:

Absolutely no rust, but needs driver side fender replaced due to accident. Trunk lid has been bent due to attempted break-in. This trunk lid might be salvage-able, or may need replacement.

Hi Eddie,
Power steering and manual brakes. I’ll try to snap a picture of the data plate. Thanks!
Please correct me if I’m looking in the wrong location, but it seems the metal tag is missing. At least that’s where I believe it was located on my old 67 Charger
