I have for sale a used 3 core radiator from a 1966 C-body car with the 440. Number on the top tank is 2582966. It is supposed to be for the High Altitude application. It has provision for the auto trans cooler lines. The core measures 22” wide and 18” high. The attaching bolt holes measure 24 ½” wide and 13 ¾” vertically. I don’t know the history of this radiator so I’m selling it as a core. I would like to get $75 for it plus the shipping.

I did a pressure test on it and it held 8 pounds of air pressure.

$50 plus the shipping?
Ken,

I was looking at your radiator in FABO yesterday-just wasn't sure about the dimensions. Will measure my tolerances today. Question: Did you pressure test with water or just air? Need to know if there are any leaks. Please let me know and I'll get back to you later this afternoon with my dimensions.

I tested it with air. It did hold the pressure so I don't think that there are any leaks. Keep in mind that as the ad says, I don't know the history of this radiator so I'm selling it as a core. The best thing to do is get it checked by a decent radiator shop.

Ken,

Sorry-I meant to get back to you, but got bogged down by the holidays. Unfortunately, the radiator won't fit my application. Thanks again.
